1. Delivery Area
We ship our products worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free worldwide.

3. Delivery Times
Unless a different deadline is stated in the relevant offer, delivery of goods worldwide will take place within approximately 7 to 30 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that in individual cases — particularly for international shipments, customs clearance, or periods of higher order volume — longer delivery times may occur.

4. Dropshipping Notice
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or our wholesale supplier. As a result, products from a single order may be delivered in multiple separate shipments. This does not result in any additional costs to you.

5. Delivery to Parcel Lockers
Delivery to parcel lockers or P.O. boxes is currently not possible.
